Gibson’s Strategy

Go ahead and explore like a customer the activities, locations, and benefits Gibson offers to a community that is into guitar playing as a hobby, resulting in increased customer engagement.

  • In 1894, a young boy from New York, Orville Gibson, held a number of part-time jobs to fund his hobby of making stringed instruments, eventually opening his first shop. Gibson guitars have become synonymous with guitars, and has an active community that sees the instrument as a path to their soul.

If you are into guitar playing as a hobby, read on.

  • Gibson does not offer a brand membership program for hobbyists at this time.
